Welcome to Gordon's

One of Scotland’s best fine dining establishments, Gordon’s is a destination restaurant with rooms and has been given a boutique transformation giving it style, quality and comfort. Tucked away in the tiny Angus village of Inverkeilor, near the beautiful Lunan Bay. This is a family run business founded by husband and wife Gordon (former Master Chef of Great Britan) and Maria Watson with their son Garry who was Scottish chef of the year winner and took over the chefs mantle from Gordon after he sadly passed away in 2016. Garry is no less than a master chef himself with his own culinary talent gaining the restaurant 3 AA rosettes and winner of AA Restaurant of the Year 2012 and Scottish Restaurant of the Year 2012.
Maria is front-of-house and together they have a passion and commitment to incredibly high standards.

Rooms

Boutique rooms of design and individuality offers modern, city style accommodation. Spoil yourself in the luxury of one of our rooms. Each room is elegantly and uniquely decorated individually designed luxury rooms provides the high standard you would expect from a small hotel accommodation. Choose from one of our 5 rooms, four of the rooms are in the main building and the fifth is in a courtyard setting with ground floor access. Rooms include Flat screen TV, luxury toiletries, and guest bathrobes.

Awarded AA Restaurant of the Year 2012 , Scottish Restaurant of the Year 2012, 3 AA rosettes and Taste of Scotland 5 Star Restaurant with rooms, but it didn't come easily. Years of dedication, teamwork, precise tuning and hard work have gone into Gordon's Restaurant, and we strive year on year to make it even better.
